What an exceptional boutique hotel. Greeted with the most friendly of staff, who made us feel very welcomed, and explained everything to us clearly. Big smiles and bonjours whenever went by reception. Rooms are gorgeous, just as described, decent size for Paris, and very clean. Lovely spacious bathroom, with nice touches like the Hermes toiletries and Versace tiles. Very comfortable bed, and nice and quiet at night (we were there during Rugby world cup and although loud pub nearby, we couldnt hear them in our room). So close to La Motte-Picquet-Grenelle metro (like 2min walk!), and felt very safe in neighbourhood (came home nearly midnight during the week, and coming out of metro, multiple restaurants with lots of people about) - a bit quieter walking from Eiffel tower direction but walking on main roads was fine. Lots of food options nearby, and a great boulangerie across the main road. Supermarket just outside the metro. 5 minute walk to Parc du Champ with amazing views of the Eiffel tower, and about 12 min walk to the base. Very happy to stay here, loved walking around neighbourhood at parc du Champ on a Saturday morning. Gorgeous view of the Eiffel tower on the metro going towards Charles de Gaulle Etoile. We liked this quieter part of town compared to staying in the busier suburbs"

The staff was the most enjoyable part of my trip. This was our first time in Paris and first time for my family to travel out of the US and they were very accommodating with a lot of interaction in a different language. The owner also met us at checkout and spent a good amount of time asking about our trip, our stay at his hotel and also asked the kids to share some stories about what they were experiencing. Location was perfect and it was very easy to get around to the main sites that everyone wants to see on a short 3-day visit to Paris.

Everything was good, Staf was very Helpful and nice. Ask to see the Room before checking in, to Avoid any misunderstanding with the Staf, I want to change my Room and the Staf was super helpful without any complications. From my Experience with traveling, as long as the owner is running his own Business this means everything is Allright, so is the Staff very very Friendly with all people. I recommend this Hotel, But the Mangment need to reduce the prices from time to time mostly in Winter.

The staff were incredibly warm, friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the lift and air conditioning broke for a day or two during our stay but they did everything they could to make us as comfortable as possible during this time. None of which was their fault or they could do anything about and we could see they were doing everything possible to fix the problem ASAP. We loved the beautiful traditional look and feel of the whole hotel! Thank you for a wonderful stay! Merci!

I was very impressed with the friendliness and kindness of all the staff in this hotel. The shampoo and other amenities were Hermes, so we felt luxury. Location was very good. About a 10 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. It was also a 2-3 minute walk to the metro station which can take us to the center of Paris. The neighborhood is very convenient with many restaurants and supermarkets.
